How long will my order take?
We ship the goods on confirmation of payment, once you have confirmed the details of the payment we will dispatch the goods and send you an email with the estimated time of arrival. Direct deposit, BPay and Credit Card are the fastest options. 

I am not a Hotel, can I still buy from you?
Yes. We can supply induvidual purchasers, small operators, groups and charities, institutions as well as large corporate clients. From your first transaction we will ensure you are paying the correct and competitive price for the size of your order and the type of establishment you have. If you join our membership rewards program you will see your discount on line with each order.

How do I open a trading account?

Your first order must be prepaid. To obtain an account application form please make a request in the comment field of your order form and we will send it with your delivery.

Why should I become a member?
